About me
My name is Rebecca Monks. Welcome to my blog. I'm an Apostolic Pentecostal wife, mother of two, and grandmother of four. I attend Greater Bakersfield's First Pentecostal Church, (Pastor Bradford, Bishop Frost), where I am blessed to serve as the Director of Women's Ministries. I love God, my family, food, and traveling!

To support my travel, research, writing, and grandbaby-spoiling hobbies, I am also an English professor at Bakersfield College, where I teach research and composition courses and read lots of books to maintain my nerd status.

My desire is to be used in the Kingdom of God to strengthen, edify, encourage, challenge, and educate Apostolic ladies around the globe. I pray you will be blessed by my posts.
